Welcome!  My name is Danielle, and I am located in Milford, Ohio.  I remove viruses & malware; cleanup & optimize; add, upgrade & replace computer hardware components; clone HDD’s to SSD’s; uninstall/install software; reinstall, repair, & upgrade operating systems; setup wired & wireless networks; recover data from storage devices; setup backup systems; transfer data from old to new computers; build gaming computers, and lots more!  I work on Windows, Macs, Linux, Android and iOS devices.

I can clean and tune up computers, which may be running slow, or have recently frozen up on you. I can recommend what programs your computer is lacking, and what it may have more of than it should.  Every year, tests are performed, to determine which antivirus programs perform the best, and which internet browsers are safer to use.  It is also very important to make sure third-party programs are updated, as older versions have security vulnerabilities.  Every year there are major operating system build updates, and every month, there are security updates.  I can take care of making sure you have what you need, and that those things are updated as they should be.

My rates are very competitive.  You can bring your computer to me, or I can come to you.  Different rates apply for on-site repairs.  For drop offs, please bring the computer, power cord, and write down the login password/PIN if it has one.  I also offer online remote repair options for established clients. Remotes allow me to fix your computer issues through the internet, which are very convenient.

My turnaround time varies, depending on my current workload, and if any parts need to be ordered or picked up.  I can usually provide a diagnosis and repair estimate within 48 business hours after drop off.  I work solo and keep a tight schedule as I’m in and out quite a bit.
